- Freezing everybody's Council tax until at least 2011
- Creating hundreds of jobs through the Future Jobs Fund
- Set up an apprenticeships scheme for 300 young people over 3 years
- Increasing housing advice and pensions service home visits
- Rolling out the London Living Wage
